We had arrived by car and there was a large drop off area in front of the hotel where you could park while checking in and taking your bags to the room. There was a carpark building across the road and the hotel gave us a 50% discount on the daily rate. Friendly welcome from staff. We had a standard king room, not large but comfortable, overlooking the river with views to the Titanic Museum. Great restaurant, also overlooking the river, with an excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner. Location was fantastic with a 20 minute walk to Titanic, where there was also a Hop on Hop off Bus stop. And the centre of town was also only about a 20min walk.

The staff were amazing! We went with our 1 year old and 3 year old, all the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable...which isn't always the case with small kids. At breakfast the kids got activity packs from the staff which went down a huge treat! We were there to see disney in the Odyssey and every staff member stopped the girls to talk to them about it. I can't say enough how amazing the staff were. The room was a great size, definitely big enough for 4 and was very clean! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were delicious, all 4 of us enjoyed the food!

We stayed three nights in this Belfast hotel and really liked it. Checkin was fast and the desk staff was very knowledgeable about the area and places to go. It was an easy ten-minute walk to the city center for pubs and shopping. The views of the river, harbor and Titanic Museum were great. The room was comfortable, updated and clean. With plenty of places to plug in electronics, including USB charging. There was an amazing restaurant a very short distance away called Gnostic. We did not take the breakfast option, but it looked good.

We had a breakfast at an additional cost of £15 per person. And we thought it was worth every penny. The coffee was great, selection was fantastic and was basically the same cost as an all you can get breakfast we go to locally but, this was an exception quality. I suggested to staff on the app it was my Partners Birthday and we would like a view of the city and they even sent a welcome gift for her.

Very central location, perfect for a short walk to the Titanic Experience and into the city centre. Public parking was very close by, only a couple of minutes walk away and at a half-price reduced rate. Very professional staff. Modern, very clean and comfortable room and bathroom facilities. The breakfast room was really modern and bright and had great views over the river.
